Restaurants in Whitefield

Grandma's Kitchen
187 Lancaster Rd, WhitefieldIt’s very hard to impress me with breakfast places and this place is great! Decent prices, good portions, and fresh food most importantly, they also offer homemade muffins, coffee buns, homemade toasts and choice of fake or real syrup. Eggs are also local. You can def taste the difference in food of how fresh it was. They have daily specials and I must add the bacon was thicker and not that cheap microwaveable kind. Good place !! Don’t look elsewhere

Inn At Whitefield
381 Lancaster Rd, WhitefieldOne of the best restaurants I’ve ever visited. Unassuming from the outside but the food is AMAZING!! The owner clearly takes great pride in her skills as a cook, as she should. She is top notch! We make a special point to get there on our trips to NH. Can’t wait for our next visit.

1865 Wine Cellar
101 Mountain View Rd, WhitefieldIts difficult to make reservations to get in there because it doesn't have much seating, so book way ahead...but the food, wine, ambiance, service (Britney) was outstanding! Well worth the reservation hassle. Three of us got the filet and it was cooked to perfection. The Port reduction demiglace was perfect on it. The accompanying vegetables were excellent as well (but would ask for more of the mashed next time). our fourth had the rack of lamb and loved it as well. I also had the Burrata salad (substituted baby spinach for the arugula (that stuff and way to bitter to go with burrata!) and it was very good as well. The baby spinach went nicely...I'll be trying that again at home. The crème brûlée was just okay (not bad, but not great). If I get back up there again, the Wine Cellar is a must!
