Great experience, awesome wine list + farm to table entrees with wine pairings, high quality meal for couples
The room is very impressive, even if most of the wine bottles in the racks were empty fakes for décor only. I ordered the the seared foie gras and my wife the arugula salad. She loved hers while I had to search my plate for a few seconds to find the 1x2-inch slice of foie gras. With such a small portion its hard to tell if it was good or not. Stayed at the hotel, took a tour of the wine cellar as part of a fun and engaging mixology class. What an amazing facility for a quiet, private experience.
