This was highly recommended, and we wanted to like it but where very disappointed! My husband had to go up front and ask for coffee and to order, the food came out burned and dry. I'm not usually a complainer, but for the price we paid for our breakfast was not worth it.

Amazing food and outdoor farm vibe
A wonderful cafe with many healthy breakfast and lunch options, great service and very welcoming atmosphere. Portions are generous and prices are reasonable. We really enjoyed having lunch here and hope to come back in the future.

We came as a large group and unfortunately didn’t get to eat because they were so busy, but the atmosphere was fantastic! I can’t wait to come back and try the food. The Maple Latte and scone was absolutely delicious! Make sure if you are a large group to reserve a table.

I’ve been coming here for years. The current chef kicked the old favorites up a notch. Some small errors in the order kept it from being a 5 but it’s definitely worth going for a special breakfast. The portions are excellent and you’ll leave satisfied.

This cafe is truly farm to table. Delicious menu with the freshest produce. Sit outside for brunch and get the crepes, French toast, or llapangachos. Amazing staff and beautiful scenery!

I was really looking forward to my visit to this beautiful country cafe. The food was amazing! The location is beautiful, but the standards of cleanliness in the restaurant and the service could definitely be improved. The menus were sticky, the tables were dirty and there was no consistent clearing/wiping of tables between customers. Some of the staff were great, others not so much. We were not given choices of types of bread, or size of coffee and some customer service training wouldn’t go amiss! The smoke alarm cover was open on the ceiling and the whole place would benefit from a good clean. There were lots of flies, not helped by the general lack of cleanliness. It’s such a shame, because it would be an amazing little spot with more care and attention to standards.

Beautiful farm setting, amazing values, and food that’s both delicious and thoughtful. I love everything this café represents, from sustainability to inclusivity.
When we visited, they did offer us a table in 35 minutes, but with a toddler that just wasn’t in our favor. The staff felt a bit cold and slightly annoyed, which made the experience discouraging. I think a simple sign at the door saying “Reservations Highly Recommended” would save families like mine from wasted time and also help staff avoid uncomfortable interactions.
Definitely a place worth visiting — just make sure to plan ahead with a reservation.

What an unexpected treat. A farm kitchen in the middle of nowhere, but offers things like Llapingachos and Huevos Rancheros, among typical but well done American fare with unique touches.

Reservation recommended! I’d give it 10 stars if I could. Food tastes incredible and I love how many vegetarian options there are. Outdoor seating is in a beautiful setting with the added draw of the working dairy farm on site to say hello to the cows and purchase some fresh yogurt or cheese. I would return again and again.

It was my birthday breakfast and they basically screwed up everything. We’ve been here several times over the years and always were happy but this was the worst experience from the kitchen to the waitress! Never returning. Quality of food and service has gone downhill. And the waitress didn’t listen or have the maturity to say “really sorry for the inconvenience” or “apologies we will comp you” all she would say is “for sure” 🙄
It also takes forever for your coffee and they charged $12 for our 3 year old to have a heal of bread with avocado thrown on it and barely any scrambled eggs and took 30 minutes for his smoothie that we asked for NO yogurt. We spent $80 after tip (i wouldn’t have tipped) for the worst breakfast experience. You have to ask for butter, ketchup, straws, my wife went inside to get a fork
I rest my case.
