Went through drive thru and had wonderful service by a young girl. Not sure of the name but it was on November 11th about 3:00. Good customer service is lacking these days. She was a breath of fresh air. I tried to tip her but she politely refused. Thank you and keep up the good work.
We went to the counter to order food and wanted to get bagels. We were told they couldn’t take any food orders because they were “backed up.” Then, while we were standing there, I heard someone in the back say that food was ready. I’ve never been to a Dunkin’ where I was completely refused the ability to order food just because they were busy. Very disappointing experience.
Had contractors working on my house and thought I’d start the project off right with a dozen donuts and a box of “Joe”. Went at probably their busiest time around 8am and ordered at counter. Friendly staff and they made sure I had all the fixings for regular coffee, including cups, lids, creamers, sweeteners all while cars and customers were lined at every orifice. Donuts were fresh too with a good variety.
