Had my daughter's wedding reception at Castleton Banquet and Conference Center located in Windham NH. The property, over looks a beautiful lake, which was perfect for the outdoor ceremony, except for the occasional local wahoo boating by. However, for the most part they were very respectful. My friends and I attended a concert and had pork medaleon for lunch. When I ordered the pork I was afraid that it might be dry the way pork usual is in my experience. I was pleasantly surprised to find that the pork was the best I have ever eaten. All of my friends stated the same. "Tasty", "Tender", Can I take the leftovers home? (no, they could not). I know that we will be returning there again. I will always remember my meal at Castleton Banquet & Conference Center.

My husband and I recently went for Waterfront Dining on Cobbetts, and had the most wonderful overall experience. The food was average. It could have used more seasoning, and the medium steak was well done, but everything was fresh, so we appreciated that.
