Hit or miss if you get a good coffee, their donuts aren't as fresh as when they baked them in store. We stopped going here, occasionally if we have a gift card we will nip in.

I went in this lovely morning for a breakfast sandwich and a Carmel Macchiato. When I ordered I explained how I like my drink which is: ice macchiato with whole milk, no ice (because I'm not paying for 90% ice), and extra Carmel drizzle. The employee taking my order was a little confused of my request but the issue was the other employee was showing me a half filled cup saying this is all I will get with no ice. I have ordered this drink many times at other locations with no issues and with a full cup. It seemed like she wanted to cause some sort of issue of how I ordered my drink. Yes I understand Dunkin's doesn't make their drinks from scratch but I just don't think it's acceptable to basically argue with a customer. I know now if I have special requests just to go to Starbucks.

What can I say.... It's DUNKIN, enough said! I grew up with them, always a pleasure to be there especially this one where there is a standing Friday 'meeting'.

Typical Dunkins, just needs a drive-thru. I'm guessing building code for this location didn't allow it, otherwise they probably would have had one put in.

Stumped here during a multi-hour trip. Was impressed by the store staff. Saturday morning was create your own donut. They had extras so my kids got to enjoy. If I ever find myself here again, I will stop by.
I asked for a hot Vanilla chai, and got a regular hot coffee. I do not know what is wrong with Dunkin. This is the second time it is happening with me in less than an week.
