North Main Café Reviews
I don’t recommend this cafe! I purchased coffee a few times from this cafe mainly because it was the only place open. However, I don’t get why they would have a political propaganda sign at their doorstep? No matter their beliefs, they’re sure to alienate & loose many customers. They should focus on their menu rather than their political agenda.

North Main Café, located on Main St. in Wolfeboro, is a charming cafe and breakfast/lunch spot offering a variety of unique drink options and some vegetarian choices. Popular menu items include the Deluxe Breakfast Sandwich, Happy Hippy, and Supreme Breakfast Sandwich, as well as the Breakfast Burrito (be sure to add chorizo), Everything Toast, and Smoking Salmon bagel. The staff are friendly, and the owner is known to be a lovely person. The coffee is sophisticated, with excellent options like the caramel latte, iced chagaccino, and iced earl grey latte. Their banana cake with espresso cream cheese frosting and other pastries are out-of-this-world. The bagels are the best in the area, and there are great gluten-free options. The cafe is spacious, clean, and relaxing, with free WiFi, sunny dining areas, and plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Wait times may be lengthy, but the service is always happy and welcoming. Santa has been spotted visiting the town. Parking is a short walk from free spots along Main Street.
Recent visitors describe the cafe as a cute spot with good breakfast options and a lively atmosphere, so be prepared to wait a little for your food. Many enjoyed the breakfast sandwich with sausage served on soft, fresh bread, and the lemonade was praised for being super refreshing. The coffee, including cold brew and seasonal specials like the Queen bee latte (honey and lavender), received high marks. Customers appreciate the simple order-at-the-counter setup with seating available both outside on sunny days and inside. Several mentioned that the bagels are excellent, and the egg bites are much better than those at Starbucks—flavorful and very good. It is a popular place, and a 3% service charge applies when using a credit card.
