I’m only doing 4 stars because I went there and the young girl there now is very rude she don’t speak she kept going to the back and I was trying order I was the only one there waiting the older lady was doing online orders so she was busy I come here all the time and this time my sandwich was burnt and my hashbrowns was burnt to but the older lady did apologize I like when the man is there he have it running very well and he don’t burn my food

i was told that the staff was very bad so i had to test it for myself and i found out that this place was in fact bad they were very rude to me and my friend that came from out of town and she had never been to dunkin so her first experience was bad i was also greated with a very nasty look and did not appreciate that so if you could change that would be great. When i got there they told me that they were cleaning the machines which is perfectly fine but then i came back 15 minutes later and i asked if it was done and they said no but the worst part was that they were sitting on the floor on there phones. Never ever have i seen a worse staff then them. ps. i will never be going there again. If i could give it a 0 star then i would

i asked for light ice and they filled my cup with %100 ice. for no other reason other than spite, my latte wasnt even fully filled. only had 6 sips of matcha in my large latte.

OMG I just went to go order some coffees when I saw the lady behind the counter cutting her fingernails!! That is disgusting! I'm sure those things are flying everywhere. Wish I could give this zero stars.

I completely get and understand the whole limit thing on certain items and totally agree with it. That being said when you try and buy 2 and you are told you can only buy 1 it doesn't make any sense. Either fix your computer system or change the freakin sign. ISMH....

I love this Shop Rite. I have 0 problems shopping here with my parents. But I have one big issue about this place. They got rid of my favorite place here. Scrunchy's Playhouse. I loved playing here while my Mom or Dad did some shopping growing up. My favorite thing to do there was play Spyro 2 Ripto's Rage. I played the crap out of that game I loved it. But when they got rid of the place and replaced it with a healthy food isle, a part of my childhood was gone. Still a nice place. But my childhood disappearing was pretty bad and heartbreaking.

This store has taken a major downward turn. It is not the neighborhood store it used to be. Don't know where some of these new customers are coming from but, they certainty are not from the immediate area. That being said, the bakery associate had their mask beneath their nose. I ordered something and watched her wipe her nose in her hand then package my purchase. So I got bread sliced with special sauce ...yuck. I left it where the packaged breads are, left my shopping cart and went to the shop rite on 35.
I appreciate the COVID related changes they've made up front including the added self service check outs. Unfortunately the self service check outs do not have plastic shields between the multiple sites and you're standing close to the site to your side and facing the site opposite you. This does not seem safe.

Rude and incompetent shop from home. Inaccurate items received. Didnt substitute items when requested. I went to this store during a pandemic. WORST TIME TO BE RUDE TO A CUSTOMER! I wasn't rude to the cashier. After she gave me an attitude, I told her no one speaks to me that way and she must be new because she doesnt know how to speak appropriately to customers. Not going there anymore. Too crowded small parking lot. Arent stores supposed to only allow 50% capacity during pandemic??? And some cashiers weren't wearing masks either at shop from home.

Easy to find parking. Never had to wait to get in or long to check out. Fully stocked. People working there are pleasant. Taking off two stars bc sometimes their produce isn't fresh so make sure to check it before buying. Have been a few times I've bought cherry tomatoes where some in the container had fungus growing on them already.

My go-to when I need groceries. I like this location cause it seems to be one of the cleaner & neater ones. Cashiers are sometimes a hit or miss when it comes to them being knowledgeable about coupons or sale prices. For the most part I know which cashiers to avoid so I'll skip their check-out line if I've had an issue with them in the past. With no issues check-out is quick.
