i was told that the staff was very bad so i had to test it for myself and i found out that this place was in fact bad they were very rude to me and my friend that came from out of town and she had never been to dunkin so her first experience was bad i was also greated with a very nasty look and did not appreciate that so if you could change that would be great. OMG I just went to go order some coffees when I saw the lady behind the counter cutting her fingernails!! That is disgusting! I'm sure those things are flying everywhere. Wish I could give this zero stars.

I’m only doing 4 stars because I went there and the young girl there now is very rude she don’t speak she kept going to the back and I was trying order I was the only one there waiting the older lady was doing online orders so she was busy I come here all the time and this time my sandwich was burnt and my hashbrowns was burnt to but the older lady did apologize I like when the man is there he have it running very well and he don’t burn my food
