First I want to say I’ve NEVER had any problems with this Bob’s seafood. Bob’s Seafood close at 6pm and I arrived at 5:30 and ordered a fish platter. The young lady at the front was on her Bluetooth, engaged in a conversation in spanish while I placed my order to her. By the time I got there it was 5:30 I had enough time to get my fish platter fresh because they close at 6:00. Upon arriving home and opening my food, I discovered that the fish was hard, indicating it was old. This experience is comparable to receiving old fries at McDonald's. Unfortunately, by the time I opened the box at home, Bob’s seafood had already closed so I left a voicemail message. I’m not complaining to get my money back or to get anything free that's not what I’m doing. I’m bringing awareness just because someone comes into your restaurant 30 minutes before you close doesn't mean that you should give them old food, you should give them fresh food to allow them to want to keep coming back. I will not be coming back to this Bob’s seafood, I will go to another one. I'm sorry but you’ve lost a customer that’s been coming to you since the day you first opened many years ago. ”DO BETTER FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS AND FOR YOUR BUSINESS.”

Out of horseradish? Tell me that before I order dinner. I had to buy a jar of horseradish to mix in the little souffles of ketchup. They gave me French Fries instead of apple sauce. The Fried Shrimp weren't cooked so I asked them to cook them for a few more minutes. They just took the fries out and gave me back the undercooked fried shrimp. My first bad meal here in 20 years. Very weird.

We went to this area again (the first time we went, was in Northfield NJ). Glad they have dine-in tables for people to enjoy their seafood offerings. We ordered Seafood combination platter and fries oysters. Everything, especially the crab cake was good.
Also, their crab imperial that we brought home was absolutely delicious when we bake in oven at 350 F for 10 minutes.
Will be a potential regular customer after done fishing from Bass River/Motts Creek area.
