“Great place for breakfast. Loads of food. At home feeling. Have been there for the ice cream ( which is fantastic) but hasn't been for breakfast or lunch. Close to home, definitely on the go again list”

“It was very nice visit, server was very good! We sat at high tables in the bar area, The Ossobuco was delicious as was the grilled Mahi special. Steam clams appetizer was really good! Only disappointment was ceaser salad bottled dressing if I knew would of gotten blue cheese. Next time. Also got very loud party in a banquet room ended and the whole at least 100 people all crowded into the bar area, got very loud! Couldn't here D J anymore.”

“The food and Service are top notch. I had stopped going years ago but am so glad we had our family Christmas celebration here and it was fantastic. They went above and beyond. We've been numerous times since and each time is better than before. Portions are insane!”

“Five guys chains are great. Fresh cooked burgers and fries with plain and spicy options. Keep in mind it takes a little more time as things are made fresh. There is a whole board full of toppings you can choose for your junior or larger burger options. They offer free peanuts as you wait. You can fill/refill your own soda cups. Overall a tasty alternative to the major chains at a higher cost. The cost is negated by the quality and freshness. Everyone was friendly at this location.”

“I came here on a Saturday night with some friends to grab a few drinks and eat some appetizers. We were definitely expecting a larger crowd, as mentioned by their other customers. Unfortunately we didn't get to experience the "hangtime" that is word of mouth in this area, but their service was phenomenal regardless. They have a large bar, centered around a few tables. Their menu is exactly what you'd expect from a pub, with sandwiches, burgers, salads, flatbreads, pizza, etc. They have a more upscale twist to their food selection, and my favorite item was the meat and cheese board. Definitely not something I would've guessed came served to our table (outside of wine tasting lol). The waitress, I believe her name was Nicole, was sweet, quick, and made lovely suggestions. This place is great! I only took a star off because I wish they had more weekly specials, but it's still a wonderful place to visit.”
“Moved to NJ & been looking for my go-to deli sandwich spot- FOUND IT! Fellow Sandwich Fiends: This place is perfect. The amount of turkey on this sandwich and the care with which it was prepared reminded me of those I'd get back in the day, sliced thin and stacked high.Great sub roll, substantial but not hard and overly chewy, delicious meat & cheese, thinly sliced onion, nice green lettuce, and fresh tomato. Idk about you but it's not often I get a delicious, flavorful, ripe, red tomato in a sandwich these days, I was thinking about this while enjoying it.They also had a good assortment of drinks and chips, and pickles for those who partake. Great atmosphere and staff is super nice.In summation: Hello, I'm the newest regular at the Friendly Deli. Thanks for the great meal, see you soon! :)”

“My wife and I went here for the first time. We both had the cheeseburger sliders and fries and we really enjoyed it. The sliders seemed to be house made and were cooked perfectly. As we entered, we both were both greeted by the bartender, and she let us know we could sit where we like. She came around from the bar and started us with drinks. The waitress was very friendly and the food came quickly. I can honestly say we enjoyed the warmth of the welcoming staff and good food and drink. Thank you for a wonderful dining experience.”

“Simply the best pie in town!!! I grew up in Absecon but don’t live there anymore. Every time I visit, I MUST order a pie from here. It’s incredible every time! Despite rising costs of pretty much everything these days, they do not skimp on ingredients here - tons of cheese, etc. The pie is simply done right with uncompromising quality.”

“Mount fuji has always been a staple not only for our family, but in the community. we have been going since we were little kids. this place always delivers. its a great restaurant to go with your family. the food is pretty good. the best salad is here. it has switched management, which made it a bit less inviting, but still, we love it. thats all!:) (we highly recommend the pork gyoza for an appetizer!)”

“A classic Greek Diner! Great spot for that post AC breakfast as you trek back north or to the airport. Your wallet may be emptier from ACs slots and tables, but this diner will make sure your belly is FULL, and they won't take you to the cleaner$. Large portions, breakfast any time, and bottomless cups of coffee - a dying but much appreciated art. Service was good. Efficient and polite (though don't expect a lot of chic-chat or for someone to call you "honey" here, just give them your order bro, they got tables.)The place was visually stimulating with images of greek gods and parthenons throughout. Enjoy it without irony, its what greek diners are all about. Best is the pastries. Something about a warm cheese danish before your stack of pancakes and eggs that just puts Zeus' thunderbolt right though your hangover and sends it to Hades. This isn't for stuck up "foodies" or folks looking for michelin stars: this is for folks with sore feet from walking or dancing all night, have already burned their calories, and want to take a short vacation from their fasting diets and Instagram gym poses and just want to sit down at a great example of Jersey Diner fair and Chow. DF. Down.Enjoy!”
“Classic DQ experience. Friendly service, cool treats, great prices. Nice seating area and a great community enjoying the vibes. As for the ice cream; it's the fast food paradigm.”

“We have ordered from romans a number of times. never disappoints. the food is always better than the last time. the grandma style pizza is a delight to the taste buds, its just incredible a pizza, its very fresh tasting. the garlic knots are marvelous. they taste perfectly done, another one of our favs. The wraps are perfect, and we would say most people would like romans pizza house. the service is good, regardless of the reviews. the atmosphere is not the best, its kind of squished, and if their is a lot a people in the restaurant, it can get congested. better of going home and eating. overall, this place is a great option if you are in the area:)”
