“Coming back from an insane weekend of gambling. I had just spent almost 48 hours straight on the craps table in Atlantic City, quickly losing $10,000, which is very difficult , considering I only make $22,000 a year.It sat in a very bizarre little old township, like a Disney world type place. Food was good but the service was slow as we were party of a large rush. I was pretty hungover. Town was neat”

“Finally had the opportunity to have dinner at this historic and legendary seafood restaurant and it did not disappoint. Having been to many seafood houses along the east coast, I am giving this one my highest rating. Sorry that it took me so long to get here, but since now I am living closer, I will be back as often as as I can. We had a 4:15 reservation and the first thing I noticed was the long line outside the door, I soon found out that these were people who were waiting to get the first seats at the bar for the fantastic Happy Hour, a great idea where their array of superior oysters can be found for less than half the price. We sat done for dinner and were immediately treated to superior, friendly and efficient service. We started with a dozen oysters going with the recommended Blue Points and Delaware’s, these were some of the best I have ever had, fresh, ice cold, juicy ,briny and incredibly flavorful. We went on to try the Manhattan Clam Chowder, served with fresh whole clams and a light tasty broth, a departure from standard and quite appealing. I had a blackened red fish in a Cajun stew with andouille, shrimps and okra, this was a spectacular dish made with some of the freshest and tastiest red fish that I have ever come across, hat’s off to the chef on this one!! We capped off this wonderful meal with their unbeatable bananas, caramel and creme pie. Bravo, bravo, bravo….”

“Food was good, But… the Service?. First time visit, staff were great, very friendly! We sat at the bar for brunch, unfortunately, we came in hungry & we had a wait. Spent over two hours, luckily they offer a bottomless Mimosa option, that helps curb your hunger for sure. Definitely a good place to visit. Just be prepared to be there for a while!”

“Go for the history and the steaks. Lobster thermidor is unique but not necessarily anyone's favorite. Great wait staff. If you have a problem with stairs make sure you say something when you make a reservation.”

“Went here for lunch with a friend. Neither of us had been here before. The food and coffee was great and it was a nice change of pace. We’ll definitely go back one day. I got a Toasted Marshmallow iced latte and the chicken salad on a croissant. She got an iced Havana cappuccino and the bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant. We both loved it!”

“We took my daughter for her 21st birthday because we are such Hells kitchen fans. It was like walking into the TV show and the open kitchen concept was wonderful. They even had the red team side and the blue team side of the kitchen. Chia was our server and she was awesome ,very knowledgeable, very helpful, very friendly and very efficient. The food, although I felt was pretty pricey, was excellent. You're actually paying for the experience. The cocktails were also very nice. I had the dinner with the wine pairings which was perfect. They brought my daughter her sticky toffee pudding with a candle in it and sang happy birthday. We couldn't have asked for a better night. ”

“Small local diner with fantastic food. We had breakfast, eggs Benedict for her, eggs, scrapple and hash browns for me and we split a Belgian waffle...More food than we could comfortably stuff down! The waffle was really, really good. Crispy exterior, light, fluffy and creamy center. The Benedict was done to perfection, perfect. The scrapple, I asked for it deep-fried, was perfectly crispy on the outside, eggs over-easy had no running whites...Lots of great photos on the walls! A friendly little hole-in-the-wall that I would definitely hit again! We were in the area and wanted some breakfast, just stopped in and we're glad we did. Thanks Gary!”

“The restaurant is super clean, and the staff are exceptionally friendly. The food is tasty, especially the delicious pho soup (I gobbled it all up….)!! Additionally, I tried a dessert (tofu with coconut cream?) that I did not see on the menu, and it was fantastic. I'll definitely be coming back!!”

“If I could I would rate the service 10/5. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. The atmosphere is perfect for a date or special evening event. Complimentary bruschetta, zucchini chips, and Parmesan were given that paired lovely with my wine. With all that said, the food was a 4/5. It was still delicious but I have had better Italian cuisine in other establishments. I would highly recommend the mushroom ravioli that was recommended by our waiter.”

“Just left from a first time visit. Y’all have to go. The location is quaint and the coffee house itself gives feelings of easy and inclusive camaraderie. We went during what turned out to be a busy spring break afternoon. The coffee house was bustling with a full house and full staff. We were greeted immediately and the wait was short. The menu was comprehensive and chock full of ingenious craft lattes which, as a bartender, I appreciate and admire. They even had decaf espresso ( I am eternally grateful)! The menu is giving everyday brunch vibes, which I love. For coffee, we ordered a chocolate peanut butter latte & a toffee nut latte. Both were delicious, but I have to say, my chocolate pb latte came out on top (BIG fan). For food, we ordered a breakfast burrito and a blueberry & brie grilled cheese. Both delicious. Topping it off, we got a grilled French toast muffin that I could eat every day.Apart from the food, the staff was amazing. From the cashier to the baristas to the servers everyone was super kind and cheerful. We were separately welcomed by what seemed to be two owners or an owner and a manager. I regret not asking. Regardless, they were both so attentive, curious of us and genuinely happy to have two new customers.TLDR;Overall, as someone who works in the industry, we had a fantastic experience. The staff was kind and helpful. The superiors were welcoming and interested in their customers. The coffee was superior. The food was great.10/10. We are now regulars.”

“My wife and I have designated this restaurant as the ONE RESTAURANT we will eat at every time we come to AC. The food is PERFECT, service is A+ and the atmosphere makes you forget you're in or near the casino. Just the ambiance of Ossu. A MUST when visiting. If there was a higher rating than A+ I'd give it. How about A+Heaven-Sent A+Heaven-Sent.”

“Came for an early dinner at 4:30pm and we were able to get a spot without reservations after waiting 5 mins. The dining area was pretty empty but I guess they just needed to set up. Staff was friendly and our waiter was attentive. The bread they serve at your table is delicious and warm. I ordered a cocktail and it was boozy and tasty. Made with fresh juice, not too sweet, and reasonably priced. Our entrées came with a salad so we got Italian and balsamic dressing. Both salad dressings were heavy with vinegar and very sour. The lettuce didn't seem to be the freshest so definitely could do without a salad on a return visit. For entrées we ordered the seafood boulliabaisse and braised short rib pasta. We didn't have to wait long for the food to come out and when the food did arrive, it's piping hot which is awesome. The seafood boulliabaisse broth tasted like the ocean with tomato sauce. The shrimp and mussels were fresh and cleaned well. The clams had a tiny bit of grit on them. The pasta was cooked just shy of al dente and a bit stiff. Still enjoyed the meal but not the best seafood pasta we had.The braised short rib was cooked well. Had great flavor and texture. I think they should choose a different pasta because the panccheri is huge and doesn't work well with the big chunks of beef. It was however, cooked well and seasoned great. The portion sizes for both entrées were very generous. Will be back to try their other entrées and cocktails whenever I'm back in the area.”

“The place is beautiful and uniquely decorated. While seated in a beautiful setting, we all found it very uncomfortable as the seats were very hard & low and the table was high. Bench seating on one side and chairs on the other. We had the unfortunate spot of the bench. And there was an awful stench in our area which wasn't from the wonderful aromas of the kitchen. Now the best part of the evening.... The food was absolutely hands down... delicious! Salmon was perfectly prepared and presented exquisitely well! One of the best tastiest experiences by far! Raves on the lamb chops as it was seasoned so well. We had many apps and all were tasty! Loved the serving & drink ware, all were unique. The prices are high but we would definitely return. Must mention the service...excellent!Parking: Very limited, we were lucky to get a spot in the small side lotWheelchair accessibility: None”

“Food is always magnificent. However, The lady that answers the calls and sits ppl down needs better phone etiquette when taking orders or attending people. She is not polite, and rushes in taking phone calls, doesnt let u finish your sentence, and she already asking "anything else?" Other than that everything else and everyone else is great”

“Yeppppp.... this is peanut/nut butter heaven. I love how simple this place is but SO perfect. Yes, the prices are going to be more than your average "Jiffys" from the grocery store. You are paying for HIGH QUALITY, GOURMET nut butters - its worth it!! These nut butters are for die hard fans. Creamy, thick, sweet, you name it- they have it. Love the variety of flavors & PB themed treats in shop!”
