We had dinner at Chef Vola’s on 9/17/25 to celebrate my Birthday. What an excellent dinner and experience. The service is wonderful and our head waiter Anthony is a great guy who provides the best service. The food is beyond comparing it to another restaurant. My wife had the salmon with special sauces that she said was the best she ever had. The bone in veal parmigiana was the best I have ever had by far and there is no comparison. Every year, I look forward to one thing, the banana cream pie, and it never disappoints! It's hands down the best I've ever had and worth the trip all by itself.
The food is always absolutely amazing, with every dish full of flavor and prepared perfectly. And the salad? I could honestly eat it every single day for the rest of my life.

Seated us even though we were early for our reservation. Our service was impeccable, and so friendly. Food was delicious. Desserts were my favorite part.
