“We had dinner at Chef Vola’s on 9/17/25 to celebrate my Birthday. What an excellent dinner and experience. The service is wonderful and our head waiter Anthony is a great guy who provides the best service. The food is beyond comparing it to another restaurant. My wife had the salmon with special sauces that she said was the best she ever had. The bone in veal parmigiana was the best I have ever had by far and there is no comparison. We had the blush pasta which also was outstanding. Our sincere gratitude to the Chef Vola staff for making my birthday extra special.“

“This Place was the best place I ever went to in Atlantic City outside the casino areas. What a vibe. It makes you not want to get out of your seat. Reminds you of your Sunday family dinners with an explanation point. So much fun and attention to making sure you come back. New owners are from South Philly and are a blast to be around. The food, well is probably the best i ever had with my party of 6. Great place for food, entertainment and cocktails. You can stay and have a blast all night. “Went for breakfast. We were the only people at the restaurant at 9:15am. The servers and staff were friendly. We ordered our food and when it arrived, our server disappeared. I ordered the banana foster french toast and was brought french toast with fruit. I waited 17 min for someone to find out what happened to my order and for more coffee. The servers went to the kitchen and got the remaining ingredients for me to add to the dish myself lol. They were still very nice and it was actually quite good, but i was disappointed waiting so long for help. I would eat here again, i just hope the service improves“

“We had a party of 5. We all were extremely happy with what we ordered, so I have to say you will not be sorry about any item on the menu. The orders were large enough to share if you are not a big eater! Even the order of garlic bread was more than plenty for us to share.“

“Our second time dining here and it was just OK. For starters, the Caesars salad was good. Hubby ordered veal chop parmesan but was disappointed with the preparation and taste of the veal chop. It was a bit dry and salty. My main course was shrimp Ala vodka and it was just OK. The side spinach was prepared fresh and tasty. Wait staff (Jose & Van)was courteous and attentive to our needs.“

“It was one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The arancini was seasoned perfectly. I had the agnolotti with truffle butter and it was out of this world. It was my birthday and the complimentary chocolate mousse was so good it almost felt wrong not paying for it. Amazing service too. I was honestly surprised because we’ve had to lower our standards in AC these past couple of years. Symon obviously still cares about this establishment and it shows. Unlike Ramsay at Caesar’s.“
