“We had dinner at Chef Vola’s on 9/17/25 to celebrate my Birthday. What an excellent dinner and experience. The service is wonderful and our head waiter Anthony is a great guy who provides the best service. The food is beyond comparing it to another restaurant. My wife had the salmon with special sauces that she said was the best she ever had. The bone in veal parmigiana was the best I have ever had by far and there is no comparison. We had the blush pasta which also was outstanding. Our sincere gratitude to the Chef Vola staff for making my birthday extra special.“

We had just returned from Italy and were reminiscing with some friends about the food and how it compared to the freshness of the meals at Sunday gravy. But toward the end of the meal you could tell we were being rushed… and then the hostess confirmed that our bill was paid and then actually asked us to leave 😳. Because she had tables waiting. I checked out the online menu (which does vary slightly from their new menu) and was sold! Not one single thing disappointed. Drinks, appetizers, dinner, and dessert all tasted incredible - dessert made from scratch 😋!! The staff were all incredible, friendly, and attentive. Our server, Bailee, was the best! She was very attentive to my food allergy and fantastic with recommendations, and we felt right at home with her! The water stayed full as did our bellies 😂. The atmosphere was also cozy yet had an elegance to it. 10/10 recommend and we can’t wait to go back to try another meal!“

Reminds you of your Sunday family dinners with an explanation point. So much fun and attention to making sure you come back. New owners are from South Philly and are a blast to be around. “All said and done I think this is the best deal on the boardwalk. Their price and food speaks for itself. You order up front and sit down and pick up your food when it comes out. They cut out the wait staff and it’s pretty efficient and also keeps the price down in the end. There’s been a lot of people saying this pizza was the best deal on the boardwalk for the summer of 2026. I finally gave it another chance after trying it many years ago. This place definitely is satisfactory. The only improvement I can suggest is when you serve Pepsi products, Birch beer has to be an option. It’s at just about every other Pepsi serving restaurant on the boardwalk. Birch beer by Pepsi is delicious and quite popular everywhere else and seeing they served Pepsi products and finding out they don’t serve birch beer like every other restaurant that serves Pepsi, was disappointing. But far from enough to keep me from giving less than a 5 star review. The place is pretty darn good in such times and they have definitely improved a lot since my first time there.“

Everything tasted delicious and serving sizes were ample. The coffee was excellent too! We had the Belgian Waffle, Pork Sausage, an omelet & bacon. Well done Capriccio!

“I've now been there three times for lunch. We split a burger and cheese steak on the first visit. Both were excellent. Owner Gus brought out a couple of slices of pizza for us to try. Both were so good, I decided to go for the Eggplant pizza on my second vist. I was there again yesterday with a party of three, a pizza, eggplant parm on a seeded roll, and an amazing chicken cutlet sandwich. Highly recommend for food, service, and friendly staff.“

Didn't want to cook, I drove around and spotted Napoli Pizza Grill. I walked in and it smelled amazing. I ordered a Sicilian Margherita Pizza. It was the longest 55 minute drive, especially on an empty stomach. I love this gem of a place, it took me back to my hometown NYC. I love this place, they were welcoming and the place is so clean.
