This was an excellent dining experience for the most part! The service was great and the food was great.
We had just returned from Italy and were reminiscing with some friends about the food and how it compared to the freshness of the meals at Sunday gravy.
But toward the end of the meal you could tell we were being rushed… and then the hostess confirmed that our bill was paid and then actually asked us to leave 😳. Because she had tables waiting. How embarrassing...read full review

Let me tell you... we go all the time. Tonight was a special occasion. It was my boyfriend's birthday. We were with the kids. He had a diabetic incident and was critically low. Sunday gravy 100% acted quick and indiscreetly and I couldn't be more grateful. They brought a wet rag with ice, Coca-Cola to bring up his blood sugar instantly. Top notch. No one else even knew and we were able to carry on with our celebratory dinner. I am forever grateful. Thank you all!!!! Class act!
We ran into a hidden jewel tonite hiding in a strip mall in Linwood. It’s called “Sunday Gravy”& believe me it didn’t fail to impress. The food was like Nonas in Deep South Philly & just as plentiful.We went with my Sister Linda & Brother in-law. The staff were pleasant & friendly & it’s a BYOB which I prefer because I can pare my wine. Google the menu & if your in the proximity do your palate a justice & go.
