“Local pizza and Italian fare. Portions are large. Now also has wonderful Mexican dishes. Their pizza is excellent and so are the Italian dishes. Everything is fresh. “So, my girlfriend has been telling me that pizza is different in NJ. I generally enjoy Deep Dish or Chicago style pizza too, which she would tell me does not count as pizza. Well, when we were in NJ, she told me that we had to stop here. I was ready to have a good pizza, but I wasn't ready to be wowed. Well, I was wowed. That pizza did hit differently here. Those tomatoes and that garlic were freaking amazing. Holy cow it was good. So, after the pizza, I ate a ton of humble pie. Eating humble pie while dating a gal from NJ means that I will probably never live it down.“
“We have been getting pizza from Portofino for 23 years. It is by far a delicious pizza. Ownership was changed a few years ago and the quality is unchanged. I see a lot of negative reviews and cannot understand why. Top of the line as far as I'm concerned.“

“Had a really great dinner here this past Saturday. My wife and I both, my son had chicken with broccoli pasta in a white wine cream sauce. My daughter had rigatoni in oil and garlic. We also had a Cesar salad and their tomato tortellini soup. Everything was good, the soup was fantastic. Our waitress was also really great and attentive. I would definitely come back again.“
“Once again Isola did not disappoint! The food, service and ambiance were exceptional! If you have not tried the stuffed olives for an appetizer, they are a MUST! We also shared the fig pizza which was done to perfection! For dinner, my one cousin and I had the Spaghettini a la Arrabbiata ( a new item on the men) and was DELICIOUS! The rest of my family had the Branzino and short ribs which were out of this world! From entering the restaurant, my family and I were greeted enthusiastically ( and with a big smile!) by Bella at the front desk, we were seated promptly and our server Maureen, continued that warm and enthusiastic hospitality once we were seated and that same level of hospitality continued throughout our time dining. “Always got pizza from there and it was very good. Went to eat pizza there and found their menu extensive and appetizing. Had the eggplant parm and a fried calamari appetizer. Calamari was the best I have ever had. Fried lightly. Crispy and not greasy at all. Salad bar was also included. Have been back a number of times and they are always enjoyable on multiple levels.“
