“My 16-year-old daughter and I were in town staying in a local hotel for her soccer tournament and wanted some good food. We like to go out to good little places in all the different towns we travel through. So we found this place….. and boy what a surprise. Everything they brought out from the dumplings to the fried rice to the entrées were absolutely delicious. We were stuffed and went home happy. I highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back.

When we left town in the morning, we were two hours away when I realized I forgot my credit card there. I called and let them know that I was not coming back and they could just throw it away. But instead, Yvonne are wonderful waitress and a super human being paid $12 to send it certified mail to my home in Maryland, and I received it today.

Talk about going above and beyond. Wow. Coming from a business owner, they really know customer service. We saw that while we were there and then again when we got home. If you’re in town, definitely check it out!”

“This place is just great. Passed by a million times and today we went in for lunch. We noticed how clean it was as we sat down. The menu is more than reasonable and had a wide array of items. We both decided on the cheesesteak. I’ve gotta say, hands down, it blew all the usual sub places out of the water. Crusty seeded bread, cooper sharp, etc. One of the best cheesesteaks I’ve ever had. Owners and staff were so nice and approachable. Believe me, this spot is a true hidden gem. We can’t wait to go back again.”

“Really good! Late afternoon meal and only had lunch food but all was super good. I consider myself a Burger officianado and the Hitzel burger was incredible. Fries had awesome seasoning. The small stromboli was huge. Staff was super friendly. We stopped there because it is a byob and a favorite brewery of mine is only 50 yards away so had some fresh brew with a great meal.”

“I have always loved it here however, like many other restaurants, every single aspect of dining here has gone way, way down in just about every category since COVID. A real shame. Food is now mediocre, service is rushed after the 20 minute wait to get a server to come to your table for the 1st time. So unfortunate. This place used to be THEE BEST SUSHI around.”

The food was delicious — I ordered the cheesesteak with raw onions and a side of French fries, and everything was cooked perfectly. The cheesesteak was flavorful and fresh, and the fries were crispy and so good! The service was just as wonderful as the food. My waitress was so sweet, kind, and attentive. The service was fast, made me feel welcome too! The restaurant itself was super cute — beautifully decorated, very clean, and such a pretty atmosphere. “I've now been there three times for lunch. We split a burger and cheese steak on the first visit. Both were excellent. Owner Gus brought out a couple of slices of pizza for us to try. Both were so good, I decided to go for the Eggplant pizza on my second vist. I was there again yesterday with a party of three, a pizza, eggplant parm on a seeded roll, and an amazing chicken cutlet sandwich. Highly recommend for food, service, and friendly staff.”

“Bubbakoo’s Burritos is a very enjoyable spot to grab a quick lunch or to satisfy late night munchies! They have something for everyone from burritos, crunchwraps, bowls, tacos, even curly fries! I got the Birria crunch stack with a side of curly fries and it was delicious and is perfect if you have an empty stomach. Think of it like chipotle but with 10x the amount of options and choices! I would say it’s one of the top fast casual spots to hit up if you’re in the egg harbor Twp-pleasantville area!”

Had lunch at Michelle’s Pizza today (February 21, 2025) and tried their Crispy Chicken Caesar Wrap lunch special—easily the best Caesar wrap I’ve had in Egg Harbor Township! The wrap was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly crispy. Shoutout to Sheryl, who is an absolute sweetheart. She’s been looking out for my employees since they were in diapers, and her kindness and service are unmatched. Highly recommend stopping by Michelle’s Pizza if you’re in the area. Great food, great people!”
