“This is one of my favorite lunch time spots! Service is always wonderful, especially if you are lucky enough to get Joe who is incredible. I could drink the ginger dressing for the salad! Food is good, quick, and I so appreciate the affordable lunch options!Vegetarian options: Plenty of salad, soup, and non meat/fish rolls to choose from.“
“The sushi was delicious and it was impeccably fresh! We had a few rolls the spicy california was tremendous. The spicy tuna crunch roll was tasty and flavorful. The Alaska roll was great, and the crab roll was as the young kids say “fiyah “??. 10 thumbs ? ?. The shrimp habachi was like hurachis. Meaning it was golden. They even gave us starter sticks ?to learn and the hosts were very hospitable. Also BYOB. ?“
“Service was excellent. Food was about 7.5 out of 10. Salt and pepper shrimp was excellent. Edemame ravioli was just ok. A bit dry. Sashimi was excellent but the tuna roll in combination platter was weak. Overall good experience but not one which I am jonesing to go back.“
“Despite its location in a mall that's seen better days, Osaka offers the best sushi in Egg Harbor Township or Mays Landing. The service is fast, the food is fresh and tasty, and it's also very cheap. Osaka has been a fixture in the corner of the mall for at least the past twenty years - and for good reason. Specials are worth exploring but so are staples like the teriyaki chicken bowl or a crispy shrimp roll. No other sushi restaurant in the area makes their rice so well.“
“Rainbow is a lovely little sushi restaurant in the heart of Ventnor. They seem to do a good take out business and were constantly getting calls, but we sat inside at one of maybe 5-6 tables. The service was excellent, the food was quick, the menu is expansive.“
“Best sushi in the South Jersey shore, perhaps the whole state. They put so much fish in their rolls so you really feel like you're getting your money's worth. Service is always quick and polite and the restaurant is very clean.Only complaint is that the parking can be hectic to pull in/out of due to the location (the location is otherwise great) and that I wish they had more specialty rolls (particularly ones that have spicy crab).I always recommend this first when people ask me for sushi recommendations“
“For the past three years, I've been a regular at Kuro, diving headfirst into the tasting menu like it's my culinary baptism. But then, I leveled up to Menu Mapping—a dining experience that's like choosing the luxury option in a game where you're already winning. Yes, it's pricey, especially if your appetite is as insatiable as mine, but let me tell you, it's like investing in stocks that only go up.Valentine's Day? Oh, I decided to up my game and took my girlfriend to Kuro. Because imagine the kind of night where every bite feels like it's been crafted by culinary Cupids, and the ambiance is so romantic, it could make a Hallmark movie blush. The service? Impeccable. And here's where Katrina comes in, our waitress, who was less like a server and more like a guide through this gastronomic wonderland. She navigated us through the menu with the grace and precision of a seasoned explorer. If there was an Oscar for Best Performance in Culinary Navigation, she'd win it hands down. Thanks to Katrina, the evening was flawless. So, if you're looking to dine out and want an experience that's unforgettable, Kuro is your spot. Just make sure to ask for Katrina“
“Have only ordered take out from here but pretty much never disappointed! The poke bowls are delicious and packed full with fish, which is totally customizable. I’ve ordered here about 3 times and only the one time my eel had some bones in it which was kinda yucky but have still ordered from there since! Deff check it out, way better then spending loads of money on sushi when you can get more fish then regular sushi for less money!“
“For a few years now since moving to the area been searching (trying diff ones) for a new fav sushi place. And have been perplexed being so close to the ocean now, wondering why none have measured up to what fav l had NE of Phila. But thankfully l've finally found it! Thanks Ichiban! Even went all out & tried snapper for the first time...deliciously fresh :)“
“I have ordered here many times and have had no issues. There is a Chinese and Japanese menu. Have always ordered online and have never had any issues. The only downside is that the inside is confining, but the food is good.Parking: Always places available.Kid-friendliness: YesWheelchair accessibility: Yes“
“Read on line about your happy hour and was disappointed that we were not allowed to order from that menu.....only at the bar Does not mention only at bar on your website. Prices compared to other Japanese restaurants are rather much higher. Would love to visit again, but due to higher prices, unable to do so.“
“At this stage of my life. My daughter and I are on a journey to go to places that we usually don't go. To get out of our comfort zone. And people don't know that my daughter is artistic. (Long story). BUT. This is our first Asian restaurant. In our community that we visit. I am very particular About where I take my daughter because, people's lack of kindness. But I must say my daughter was so happy to be there. It was very inviting . This was our first experience at Mito food. And I must say, This was a Very pleasant surprise in my Community. It is a very diverse atmosphere. The waitress was very informative. And kindness was very prominent. The food was fantastic. My daughter loved this so much she wants to make the place her favorite spot. Just around the corner from home. I highly recommend this place for someone who just wanted to lunch or dinner. It's a very intimate setting for new couples young and beginning. The food Was lovely. You might see me again there. if you do. I just might pay for your dinner.“
“Love love love- started going to mega in CH on 70 about 15-17 years ago and Steve was great. Moved away to Cali and now Florida n make sure to get it every time im in NJ. Just had delivery in Ventor and it was better than I get at sit down places here in FL! Pls open in Sarasota FL asap :)“
“We have eaten in this establishment many times over the last several years and have NEVER had a bad meal, poor service, or any other disappointment that may sometimes come with eating out. Seaweed salad, sushi rolls, and oh those "sauteed in garlic" vegetables! The prices are also not bad for all of the enjoyments you will receive. When you get the opportunity you need to stop in and enjoy!“
“Mount fuji has always been a staple not only for our family, but in the community. we have been going since we were little kids. this place always delivers. its a great restaurant to go with your family. the food is pretty good. the best salad is here. it has switched management, which made it a bit less inviting, but still, we love it. thats all!:) (we highly recommend the pork gyoza for an appetizer!)“
“Update: this place let me down ?NEVER dine in during dinner time. The phone rang so loud NONSTOP. I understand you are busy but the guy in the front wasn’t even answering the calls, why does the ringer have to be on SO LOUD?? HORRIBLE dining experience I should delete a star ? ughUnlike men this place will never let you down“
“The most amazing Sushi in the area. I order every Friday since my bank is around the corner. Before that I lived nearby and I’ve been eating there for 10 years. Amazing. I wish there was an identical restaurant nearby my new neighborhood.. everybody else’s rolls seem skimpy.“
