I’ve been to many hibachi establishments in my lifetime and seen many shows- but this one was the BEST! First of all, the chef was very engaging, funny, and truly cared about his craft. The “choochoo” was by far the best choochoo I’ve ever seen and the volcano trick was magical. When it came time to try and catch the rice in the mouth trick- my husband and I actually caught it- which shows again how dedicated and well-trained he is!
