Yama!!! Wow! What a fantastic local sushi spot along the jersey shore! Not pictured were the edamame, miso soups, garden salad, and curry soup that we ordered as appetizers. All of them were delicious. Then out came the party tray for 3 and honestly the best decision to get. This had a little bit of everything from sashimi, to hand rolls and more. My friends and I came here for a late lunch on a weekday and all opted for the lunch special. Due to us coming at an off hour, service was great and waitresses checked in on us constantly. I got the sashimi and sushi combo. I was pleasantly surprised that all of the sashimi pieces were thick and meaty. I feel like some places try to skimp on the sashimi. The fish was very fresh, my favorite was the salmon. If I lived near here I would definitely become a regular haha.

We have eaten in this establishment many times over the last several years and have NEVER had a bad meal, poor service, or any other disappointment that may sometimes come with eating out. Seaweed salad, sushi rolls, and oh those "sauteed in garlic" vegetables! The prices are also not bad for all of the enjoyments you will receive. When you get the opportunity you need to stop in and enjoy!
