Annie and Jayce bought this restaurant in late 2025 from Joyce and Ken. The food was always good but the new owners have taken Yama to a whole new level. Awesome is how Iād describe it. We have been there three times this season and will go back at least another ten times. You really need to go back or try for the first time. Super fresh sushi. Beautifully prepared and presentation. A+
First the good stuff. The sushi was excellent. Really enjoyed both dishes. The service was excellent but it took a long time after being seated for anyone to come around.
Now some other stuff. First the restaurant is dated and really needs a redecoration. Even the outside sign made us think twice if we really want to go inside. The shrimp pad Thai was really underwhelming. Overcooked shrimp š¤ and lacked in taste. Stick to Sushi š±

Small portions..rolls are good but they just seem smaller. Paid 52 bucks for 4 rolls they have a lot of fees.. 3% for usin card.. tried to hit me with 20% service I asked about it and they brought it down to 16%š
