We were “just passing through” on our way home from an event and our new friends suggested we try this place. So glad we did! The food is the best Mexican we’ve ever had and we are Mexican food snobs! Everything is so fresh, generous portions, service is very friendly. We had fajitas, veg tacos, veg chimichanga and more. If we are in the area again we shall return!

El Coyote is a highly-recommended Mexican restaurant that offers a great dining experience. Known for its friendly owners, the restaurant provides generous portions, including big tacos that will leave diners stuffed. Popular dishes include the Mahi tacos and Corona Crab quesadilla, as well as the amazing enchiladas and pumpkin empanadas. While service can be slow at times, recent reviews highlight the accommodating staff who go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. For instance, when there were issues with takeout orders, the staff invited customers back to resolve them, showcasing their commitment to service.
The restaurant has a quaint, family-run atmosphere that surprises guests with its charm and well-appointed decor. Many reviews praise the delicious chips and salsas, along with large portions that are even suitable for kids. Families particularly appreciate the kid-friendly menu and awareness of allergies and picky eaters.
