Kosher Shari's Bistro is an excellent restaurant located in Atlantic City. The limited kosher options in the area make this place a gem for visitors. The staff is friendly, and the food is truly enjoyable. The restaurant is inside a hotel, so it might be a bit tricky to find, but following GPS directions will lead you there.
The turkey egg rolls are phenomenal, perfectly crisp and seasoned, served with a delicious sauce. The Caesar salad is surprisingly creamy despite having no dairy. The ribs are tender and covered in a tangy barbecue sauce, although it could be a bit sweeter and smokier. The ribeye is flavorful and perfectly grilled. Sides like mashed potatoes and green beans are included with the entrees, making the pricing very reasonable for kosher food.
Guests on Valentine's Day found the meal romantic, with steaks prepared to each person's liking. The mashed potatoes were described as beyond awesome, and leftovers were prepared just as well as the original meal. The staff is kind, attentive, and the dining experience from beginning to end is highly recommended.
