“bad experience at Vicks yesterday. The cheesesteak looked nothing like the pictures on their site. The meat was not flavorful. not chopped up enough. The cheese was just laid on top of the cheesesteak and came off when I took off the paper. they forgot my mushrooms and they didn't even cut it in half. I'm really surprised that the reviews are so high. I even paid the money for the extra meat?“

“Came by here two days in a row and the food was exceptional each time. Had the bacon cheeseburger and wife had the beer battered fish and chips. She loved it and my burger was cooked perfectly. Kaitlyn was our server and was very attentive and oh so nice. She answered questions we had and was very efficient. She is a great asset to your restaurant and the place was very clean and had a great atmosphere. Hang Time does a super job and very inviting“

“We ordered the 3 course meal. Beef wellington, lobster risotto and dessert. Our daughter ordered the mac and cheese. The risotto was amazing as well as the dessert and the mac and cheese. Only complaint was the wellington was room temp/cold when we received it. That may be how it is supposed to be served, we aren't sure as it was our first time trying it. The meat was cooked perfectly and the outside crust was so good. Our 9 year old did say the mashed potatoes needed to be seasoned as well. Overall, great experience.“

“We love coming here but even with reservations we always wait about 15 mins to be seated. That's fine but there is no place to wait comfortably. Maybe consider taking out one table to make room for a sitting area? At least in the summer. As always, the food is outstanding. The servers are warm and efficient. Noise level is high.“

“First of all, we love ALL of our customers and I can tell you that we serve a variety of ethnicities. I can also tell you that our chefs cannot hear a thing back in our kitchen, so if you did say something, I can guarantee he didn’t hear you. But to put a bad review without even knowing the circumstances and trying to give us a bad name is irresponsible and immature. Maybe next time you can stop and ask instead of ASSUMING. “First time at the local spot, forgot to get photos. Greek omlete with gyro meet and feta cheese hit the spot. Home Fries were nice and crispy on the outside. Service was super friendly. Shout out to Chris who kept the coffee flowing. Owner was super cool as well. Easy to support a local business that is this friendly with good food. Highly recommended.

Revised, went back the next day to try the cheesecake the owner told me about and the big boy cheese steak on the seeded roll with Cooper sharp was on point. Also saw a gyro the day before on another table and had to try it. Super fat and filling, great flavor. Onion rings were good also. Still 5 stars!“

“We ate there last night. It is an upscale restaurant with white table clothes. You should eat on the patio facing the marina. Two of our dishes were very good- the flounder and the lobster ravioli. They had Slacktide Pale Ale on draft, which is great. You need reservations here, even during the week (in-season.)“

“I love the Little Goat! They have actual hash browns. The staff is lovely. The food overall is fresh, tasty, comforting and the menu has lots of creative specials and then there are the cinnamon rolls. Homemade cinnamon rolls that are just extraordinary. Also brownies.“

“What a great experience! From the moment we walked in, everything was excellent. The wait was surprisingly short, and our food came out hot and fresh. You could tell everything was made with care because every single thing we ordered was absolutely delicious.

The service was friendly, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the quality of the food definitely exceeded our expectations. It’s not often you find a place that gets everything right from speed to freshness to flavor but they absolutely did.

“I’ve been dying to try this place since seeing it featured on Triple D and it did not disappoint. Great atmosphere and the food was off the charts. Definitely try the snapper turtle soup. I also had the chipotle shrimp salad sandwich which is a home run.“

“Kristian was our server tonight. And what a lovely personable, accommodating young man.bi had left over which he politely asked if he could package it for me. When it came to dessert time I am on a medical diet and there was nothing that I could have. I asked him if he had fruit. He gave my son his wonderful chocolate Gnache cake and brought me a cup of fresh strawberries and blueberries. He always had a smile and did a great job and is an asset to the Tuckahoe Inn.“

“Promptly greeted by host Johanna. She accommodated our request to move to an outdoor table. Then server Jasmin nicely greeted each person at the table and answered all of our questions. She was prompt with our bar drinks and very attentive to our requests. Our food served at the perfect temperature; clam chowder soups, rice bowls, and jalapeno bomb burger. We asked jasmin for dessert recommendation and she suggested the cheesecake and excellent choice! We will definitely dine at Fred and Ethel’s again for the outstanding dining experience!“

“This was one of the first places I stopped after moving to Ventnor. Shane was our bartender, and you could immediately tell how much pride he takes in what he does. Even though he was busy, he took the time to answer all of our questions and never made us feel rushed. He was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel at home. Great drinks, great atmosphere, and a place I always enjoy coming back to.“

“I love all the sandwiches at Roses but my favorite is the big Nick breaded chicken cutlet roasted red peppers and fresh mozzarella. delish!! I think its mainly a takeout spot, because they have only like 4 tables. parking is never a problem though so i have no complaints.“

“Shug’s has the best soul food in South Jersey hands down! It’s hidden off on the campus, but it’s the first thing you see as you walk in. Hard to miss. The food is delicious!!! and the owners are friendly and give you enough food to put you to sleep! I would say what my favorite dish is, but they make it impossible to choose.“
