I gave the service 4 stars, nice people, I gave the atmosphere 4 stars, i am there for the food. I gave the food 3 stars. I should have had eat "toasted" I said no, normally I never get a freshly made bagel toasted, I love the softness and freshness of a fresh baked bagel. The bagel looked like it could have been a frozen bagel. And after tasting it, I believe it was, it was somewhat wet on the bottom, like it's been defrosted. The overall sandwich was decent. Good place for a bagel but you'll have to wait for your food for a long time. Only 2 employees, 1 for the kitchen and 1 for ordering prepping food. Felt bad for the employees as they were continuously taking customers without taking a single breath. God bless her.

I’ve been coming here since I moved here 1.5 years ago, the service used to be great and fast, multiple employees working at once but now it’s only 1.
