Tuck away on Chelsea tower lobby level of Tropicana a small charming local breakfast and lunch restaurant. The service is very friendly and for restaurants next to the beach and inside Caesars resort is VERY affordable. Omelette is around $11-$17 and eggs any style start from $9.
