This is a nice little diner inside the tropicana hotel. Although you can get to it from the street side as well.
Very friendly and attentive staff. Prices are good especially for being in a tourist area.
As others have mentioned, some foods such as home fries could use seasoning. But all in all the food is very good.
Expect a wait to be seated but not long. The most unfortunate thing about this place, and no fault of the restaurant, is the unhoused...

They were really quick with the check but not with the service. The food is good, however after bringing the food the server never came back to the table. Luckily I was close to the entrance so I pretty much had to rely on the host for anything needed.
