This isn't the cleanest fast food place it's the cleanest public facility I've ever been in. The freshest food and quickest service. The staff was excellent and we were very happy we went here. This is the only spot we go to and I very highly recommend everyone else check it out for themselves!!!

This is the 3rd bad experience we have had with the absecon bk.first 2x food was missing,tonight we came and they were out of almost everything..literally..nuggets,mozzarella sticks,milkshakes,onion rings. There wasn't really anything we wanted after finding that out so we just left hungry...won't be going back there,3 strikes ur out!!!

Burger King .. I have been your number 1 customer .. we order atleast 2 times a week or more .. I was at your store today in pleasantville on the black horse pike .. There were one girl on the drive thru and the customers in the restaurant to order in the counter .. She had one other person making the burgers .. and one more person I think it’s house keeping or is a new guy.. These people were working hard .. and their manager was on her phone with whoever she was talking too.. and she couldn’t help them .. I stood in the restaurant for like 20 mins waiting for someone to come and take my order … ( the girl on the drive thru and the taking care of the counter was literally crying I felt for her !! ( the manager of that store . The lady with long nails , no it’s unacceptable I have worked for a fast food restaurant, no ) And I think that manager has been in the store for a very long time , and it is not only me but other people too have complained about her .. she is rude and ruthless , Iam not writing this to make u fire her .. but since she has worked for for long , take her to cooperate office or give her another position which is not in contact with customers and line crew . Really .. it’s something u need to do an investigation about … It’s not good it is not a healthy working environment, when your staff are dying and u don’t help them , have an attitude !! No it’s in acceptable .. Though I got my food but I waited for a very long time for someone to take my order and I think she was begging the manager to come and assist them and she scolded the young girl who was on the counter … I will be waiting for u @co-operate office to respond to this … It’s in acceptable…what you all are doing to the young people who work for u.. and us the customers !! This place is great for those who travel far and need to eat food right away while on the road. Plenty of seats here to sit down and eat. The woman in the front desk was great at service and patient of taking my order and she was kind too. I got the whopper meal and in terms of the food, whopper is always great, fries not bad but it was lacking some salt, please put more salt on the fries next time. I got nuggets too, they were ok but if I’m being real, the texture was almost like cardboard, need sauce in order to finish it. The food was so so but the service was great since the whopper was savior and it made me and my guest happy based on the front desk and her service of taking the order.

The last few times I’ve ordered from here the staff has gone above and beyond to exceed expectations! I believe Jake was his name today had a glitch of his system freezing and was very calm and collected during the situation and dropped our food fresh, also went above and beyond by giving us a larger order of chicken fries for the wait (which wasn’t very long but very much appreciated) and another boy unsure of his name but has long dark hair is our absolute favorite! Our cups had holes in them and he made sure to fix it quickly and efficiently and always pleasant at the drive through!
