This place is great for those who travel far and need to eat food right away while on the road. Plenty of seats here to sit down and eat. The woman in the front desk was great at service and patient of taking my order and she was kind too. I got the whopper meal and in terms of the food, whopper is always great, fries not bad but it was lacking some salt, please put more salt on the fries next time. I got nuggets too, they were ok but if I’m being real, the texture was almost like cardboard, need sauce in order to finish it. The food was so so but the service was great since the whopper was savior and it made me and my guest happy based on the front desk and her service of taking the order.

I had a simple order, but the guy in the window a couple of minutes ago today was very welcoming and patient .very good staff member. When more Deal options become available this will be my only local fast food restaurant i visit. Thank you !!

The last few times I’ve ordered from here the staff has gone above and beyond to exceed expectations! I believe Jake was his name today had a glitch of his system freezing and was very calm and collected during the situation and dropped our food fresh, also went above and beyond by giving us a larger order of chicken fries for the wait (which wasn’t very long but very much appreciated) and another boy unsure of his name but has long dark hair is our absolute favorite! Our cups had holes in them and he made sure to fix it quickly and efficiently and always pleasant at the drive through!
Don't ask for mustard on your online order. You won't get it. Ever.

Line was stuck, girl rolled her eyes at me because she forgot my sauce, then the manager wanted to charge me .27 cents for the sauce they forgot. They said to have a nice day in a condescending manner and had to go back in for the soda they forgot, plus my food was cold. Never going here again!

Kid-friendliness: I order ed a Happy meal type order with chicken fries and I asked can I order an eight-piece or more chicken fries.. gentleman at the window told me no I can't order two the same items.. I tried to explain but he cut me off.. told me how to go back around in order if I wanted it.. I went back around and ordered my item and went up to the window to pay and said to him why do I have to have two separate orders.. because that's how it is and I asked him it doesn't make sense and shut the window in my face.. This is Burger King in Pleasantville he's a very rude person I go to every Burger King and not one of them has treated me like this and told me that you have to have two separate orders if I'm getting chicken fries as a happiness separate order just the chicken fries apes I should be able to order them both not go back around the window.. was rude and obnoxious and I don't appreciate him shutting the window in my face tell me have a nice day.. I don't think you want employees like that.. retrain them.. I'm still trying to get corporate's phone number to report this.. I got a funny feeling it'll be pushed under the rug instead of retrain the ham and talk to him how to talk to a customer and not shut the window in her face and say have a nice day..

The girl that took my order was mad rude. Gave me a warp when I asked for a sandwich(i still ate it). And forgot my mozzarella sticks. The customers had to return because the employees kept on forgetting stuff. The reviews are mostly good so MAYBE it was js the people.
