Stopped at 715am , took yelling for an associate before one appeared. Other service centers do whoppers 24 hours. I was told no. Not till 10am. Horrible. Will no go back.

Well I've been enjoying the Burger King app for years now and had a bunch of crowns saved up free food and a gift card stored in the app but that's all gone now they've suspended my account my wife's account and both of my kids because I shared my credit card so that I could buy food for them whenever they use the app apparently Burger King considers this fraud and suspended all of our accounts and now refuse to respond to my emails how crazy treating me like a criminal because I wanted to buy Burger King for my family

They can't find enough workers. The lobby is usually locked because they need the workers to work the drive thru. It can take a while to place your order at the drive thru.
If I could give zero stars I would. The staff is not nice or friendly. The employee are super slow. If your look for quick bit this definitely is not the place. Stay away from this place.

I just happened to look at my bank activity online and they charge me twice. On top of that I ask for a whopper and got a chicken sandwich, but I didn't make a big deal.

The order took 20 mins for them to give us from purchase. People behind us in line got meals before us. Employees stared blankly at all the customers. Food is cold.

Slow food. When I got there the cashier didn’t even try to act like he wasn’t making minimum wage. He was slow and didn’t take his job seriously. The food took forever and when I finally received it the whopper fell apart. Very disappointed!!
