The Servers barely understands ENGLISH and they are extremely nasty.
Everytime I go and order the exact same thing it's a different price. The food is always cold.
The garage is piled up in the store.
The service is horrible.
It's unfair that I have to give them 1 star

Was very shocked by the price I paid for my container of food. This company needs to have measured and weights for the amount of food. Those girls in there were giving stingy children's portions, and I mean toddler. For 22 dollars eating the entire meal and still being hungry... They need to get it together.

The food is super tasteless, the guacamole is also made of acids, it has no salt at all... the rice doesn't even taste like anything.

Everyone knows Chipotle has reduced portion size over the years. But this was the smallest quantity Ive ever seen given at any location. I got a half scoop of meat at most… its always hit or miss, but this was ridiculous…

$14 for a scoop of rice and a tiny bit of meat is ridiculous.

Overpriced and underwhelming. I don't like Chipotle as they use seed oils....but we decided to grab some takeout. After spending almost $40.00 when we got home and looked at the "food". We realized that this was a mistake. The burritos were smaller than the frozen ones at the grocery store. The bowl was supposed to be all veg....but had three? pieces of chicken. No sauce on the side as requested. A dud.
