Kid was completely rude when it was his mistake. Got really agitated when I call him out on it. Too many places to choose from to get this type of treatment and all over DRINKS. Won’t be going there again. Sorry but this location needs to do better. Especially the guy at the window. Not cool.

I got a pumpkin blizzard and I saw that they had to serve it upside down or I would get a free one. they didn't serve the blizzard upside down and refused to give me a free one or make any kind of concession. the worst part was when the manager came out an yelled at me saying "we don't do that here! to proceed to walk away. talk about false advertising. and I was excited because I grew up going to dairy Queen. this place has some of the worst service I've ever seen.

Right on the side of a busy street this DQ still offers window service with some outdoor seating. Orders all correct and quick. Nice treat at the end of a long day.

We just got rip off I brought 4 boxes look at the amount of fries we got (husband was hungry so the worth box was already being ate lol beside that the 2 Spanish girls were beyond rude they did not say can we help you or nothing just talking while the 3 girl was doing everything she was excellent . And I know normally how this boxes come because it was not my first time getting this boxes ?

Staff need to learn how to make a proper milkshake. Me and daughter went there we got 2 cotton candy blizzards. We get in the car, and we both started eating all to realize it has barely any toppings in it and it taste like I’m eating vanilla ice cream so I take it back up and tell the guy and instead of him maybe taken it back like a normal place would do he instead hands me a extra lyyfyfg
