I am highly disappointed with my recent visit to this Dairy Queen. I ordered a 6-piece chicken tender meal with fries, and the customer service was terrible from the start. The older woman at the counter was rude and dismissive.
When I received my large meal, there were barely 10 fries in the box. I went back to politely show her, and she told me she couldn’t give me any more because “Dairy Queen weighs the fries.” For a large meal, the portion was unacceptable, and her attitude made the experience even worse.
This used to be my favorite location, but after this visit, I left frustrated and unsatisfied. I hope management addresses both the customer service and the portion quality because this is not the experience I expect from Dairy Queen.

I didn't know chocolate milkshakes are made by vanilla soft serve mixed with chocolate syrup and milk....would not get again

The new orange cream shake I wanted to try. It was amazing. I've had 3 more since
Ordered a banana split that had a hair in it along with only two pieces of banana. And no strawberries, pineapple. Paid ten dollars for a large. Back in the day it was loaded with strawberries , pineapple they would put a whole banana in it. I will never go back to that overpriced unsanitary dairy pit.on top of that I ordered wet nuts that I didn’t get.

Frequently go there with friends and family. This place is always very busy with lines that’s how you know the soft serves and food is good. Definitely recommend others who’s looking for sweet treats. The workers are super nice and friendly, price is reasonable. I hope they make this store a little bit bigger like the other stores!!

Excellent customer service and fast response to customer queries. Unfortunately, they don’t provide “reward points” for DQ purchases. However, they do honor the DQ deals😃
