If I could give them no stars I would, my step mom ordered 3 burgers 2 hotdogs 2 fries and a milkshake online. Once I got to five guys they gave me 2 bags of fries and 1 burger and I told the guy I’m missing 2 burgers and 2 hotdogs and the guy said i apologize make sure your order come first and made me reordered it and pay for it when i literally showed him the pictures my step mom ordered online but I still had to pay for it. Once my step mom called them and told them she ordered online the girl was acting all confused smiling and gigging and she told the guy about the situation and he was smiling and giggling and then the other guy literally pulled a whole bag down that was already ready and what my step mom ordered I had to tell them I needed a whole refund and they was still confused on which one I needed a refunded on and I literally told them the one I had to reorder. Never again will I eat or order from this place again. So unorganized and unprofessional. Oh btw my fries where soggy…
