The best breakfast around, and absolutely the best pancakes. Everything is great, but do yourself a favor and get blueberry pancakes. There's a reason Gilchrist has been around for so long!

DELICIOUS! as are Gardener's Basin and Chelsea Hotel locations. Additional Napkins and 1 Cream Cheese tub per half Bagel were only shortcomings.

I had an omelet, home fries rye toast and coffee. The coffee was very good. The potatoes in the home fries were large chunks, not crispy or flavored much. When I first looked at my omelet, I thought the onions were diced potatoes because of the size. No real complaints, I just had heard so many good reports from people that I expected better.

There's a few steps and the restaurant doesn't seem wheelchair accessible but if you can do a few steps you're good.

I really wanted to enjoy this place, but the service was disappointing and uncomfortable. Our server barely acknowledged us—she seemed confused when we asked questions about the menu, didn’t check in on us once, and prioritized every other table around us. Even when we asked for the check, she continued to chat and serve others, so we had to ask another staff member to close us out. It felt dismissive at best—and at worst, discriminatory. I wouldn’t recommend this place with that kind of service.

I have been coming to this establishment for a while now and have never had a problem with the food and sevice! Today I stop in before heading to work for the day I was a bit disappointed in the service I received from the staff because the fact is a sevicer watch me come in and I seated myself in the back room she stated that she would be right with me and never came back then another family came in the same room thats when one of the other sevicer came back and seen me and took my order then after that a few more came back and the lady got pissed because the fact I was sitting a the little 2 person table waiting for the sever to bring me food to me and not after not once did another of the staff members come back to check on me and never got me check I waited and waited It got to the point I literally got up and went to the front corner the pay my bills and the poor mood the lady that took my card fir the bills could have been a bit more positive! I as work in a retail restaurant and being a volunteer firefighter here in the Twp for always 8 to 10 years now and I tell my staff of both establishment the customers and community come first and to always be in a positive respectful matter towards everybody no matter what the situation is! Hopefully the staff in this establishment can do a bit better with the service to their customers that come and go! I could not help but to take notice of the service! Please do not take me wrong or get a fended or take this message the wrong way I just wanted to mention it!

Delicious blueberry pancakes that were very light and fluffy. Friendly staff and food was served quickly.

Great staff! When I say moderate noise I mean it was a family atmosphere. Food is fantastic.

The food here is simple, but yet amazing, pack of flavor you cannot go wrong with anything here!

I got the three eggs with meat, home fries , and the side of grits which were pleasantly amazing ! Totally took me by surprise!

The atmosphere is warm & inviting but Do not leave without ordering the pancakes! Trust me!!

My parents and I were traveling through and I found them on Google maps. It was an amazing place. Prices r amazing. We fed 3 people under 50 dollars. Fast service even though the place was packed. The girls in there were very polite.

Best pancakes

We came out of way to compare with AC GILCHRIST. Was a little disappointed but not bad. Coffee was good and staff ok. Food okay. We won't be missed.
