I visited the Phoenix Diner around 12 o’clock and was seated by Haley, my waitress. Haley was kind, attentive, and the highlight of my visit. She explained the meaning of her face tattoo with a personal story, which really showed her warmth and character.\n\nUnfortunately, the food and overall dining experience were very disappointing. The Phoenix is always a great breakfast stop, and an early in the week stop was even better, staff is friendly and treats their infrequent visitors like they do their regulars. Give em a go eh!
