The bathrooms at my local bucks could use some attention. Trash is always needing to be taken out. The cortada is wonderful though.

Never ONCE have I gone here and gotten my iced teas shaken, it takes two seconds more of your life to make it right and then have the nerve to ask for a tip. Hate this location and reported it to corporate

So inconsistent- sometimes my drinks are great, other times really terrible, as if they didn't add the correct ingredients or something. I was hoping, since the place was new, that they would get the kinks ironed out but apparently not. When I'm spending close to ten dollars (i know, crazy) for a special coffee, I really want it to be good. It's just really disappointing when it's not, when it was obviously prepared wrong. I never, ever complain about stuff like this, but after the last time I did go up afterwards to let them know that the PSL was completely devoid of sweetener or whipped cream (I mean, come on). I did so really nicely, and quietly. I was met with blank stares and felt really foolish but now I just feel annoyed. Going to avoid this location from now on.

This Starbucks is awful. They constantly get my order wrong after I spent $7 on it. I ordered a pumpkin cream cold brew that came with no foam on it and the employee told me I have to specify that I want the foam and that it’s an extra charge? I’ve never been told that at any other Starbucks.

Nice place, only exception is that I feel reluctant to sit outside because, even though he seems like a nice man I feel the person with the blue backpack believes he owns the outside dining area..

I was so happy to have a Starbucks open on my daily route to work but so far this has been a disappointment. My first trip I was charged for cream in my basic coffee. This week past week, I had an extra 15 minutes so I decided to go in and sit and enjoy a coffee and scone. I received my coffee immediately. After 10 minutes I had to ask about my scone. All they have to do is open the presealed package Walk in customers get totally ignored if there is anyone in the drive thru. I ended up leaving so I wasn't late for work. So much for a relaxing morning.
Interior is spacious and very clean because of course it is brand new. The ordering process is awful....still had to park and go in and repeat the order. Drive thru is useless unless they get organized. Staff was friendly but seemed not well trained. Too bad because it could be a nice place

They do not use their heating so it is unbearable. I went there to work and it was so cold people were in blankets and my fingers went numb I had to leave. I feel bad for the workers. One day it was 55 degrees outside and everyone was working outside because it was warmer than the inside… Im not sure if they do it to keep people from idling but i usually go and work and buy food and drinks everyday but i cant with the temperatures getting even colder. Also the parking lot is poorly marked and everyone drives the wrong way down one ways because it is so confusing. also there are only a few parking spaces
