The waitress billed my credit card for another parties check. My check was $38.00, they swiped my card for $119.00. It's day 3, no refund. I spoke to the manager Chris and he didn't even issue an apology. Customers beware!!

I went there to get pizza and I was told it could only be cash .When I got home and tried the pizza it was the worst pizza I even ate.So the food was nasty and staff very rude.I told the guy my name and he mumbled something under his breath because I interrupted him talking to a co worker.

We had our wedding dinner there which turned into a full reception and they were still very accommodating. The food was outstanding, the wait staff was outstanding, the atmosphere was outstanding, the bar staff was outstanding. Chris is a great host!! I would absolutely recommend villa raficis 100%

The food is always amazing. This time the service wasn't so great. Inattentive waiter. Didn't come back and check on us after bringing our entrees. Empty water glass sat on the edge of the table for most of the meal.
