This is a neat little shop in the strip mall outside of Panther Valley. The food is good, especially their BLTs and roast beef sandwich, but sometimes a service can take a little while, especially if they're a lot of people ordering. There's not a ton of seating inside and it can get kind of cramped. They also have a lot of fun little local things that you can buy, so way to support the local community
Their paninis are very good. I have tried the chicken pesto and the chicken rosemary, both of which I recommend. They also bake their own goods and also have their own unique flavors of gelato. I tried the coconut gelato and it was really good. I think I'll come here often to try out other things on their menu.
