My first time at this establishment. The food and service were great. Also, the bar tender was friendly. Most of the customers knew each other, which means that they are regulars. Great conversations at the bar, even though I was from out-of-town. I will come here again!

Definitely a hidden gem dive bar with great food and service. Ice cold beer. You not gonna find a menu at a bar with more appetizers I promise. I have been here three times and can't say enough about how good the food is. Prices are cheaper than you'd expect too.

Saw one of the greatest punk bands here years ago called The Y i Oughtta's and they blew the whole bar away. Not only was I not expecting a local punk band to be from the sticks of south jersey but I am glad I stopped in to this bar that day. I think the bar was called the village tavern then but either way I hope they have another punk band or bands play there soon cause i would really love to see them play this bar gain. I think most of the members started a new band though...
