“A small (but not too small), modest, lunch-counter kind of place that's one of my favorite eateries. Not fancy, but spotlessly clean and comfortable. Good steak sandwiches, good fries (even left over at home!), good pierogies, good coffee, good homemade desserts, good lots and lots of things. The couple who run it take great care of their customers. Reasonable prices. I'm always tempted to go more often than I do.“

“Excellent every single time over the years & never have purchased anything that didn't surpass my expectations.......... stuffed cabbage for take out in different varieties, soups, potato pancakes, baked goods, Christmas cookies they bake themselves always satisfied........ have even purchased her home made masks at the beginning of the covid-19 shutdown,,,,,,,,,, have dined in and usually purchase take out meals and goods for my shut in friends and family members in addition to myself. Most of the people working behind the counter are super friendly and appreciative. Highly recommend this place of business.“

“Very good food at very reasonable prices. Breakfast and lunch here is superb. They even sell poutine. I tried thier bollyfries which is tandoori sauce with cheese and chives on fries. Very very tasty not spicy just savory tandoori flavor. If in they area I'd recommend going. They have a liqour selection a vape and cigarette selection on top of being a well rounded deli. The workers are nice and knowledgeable.“

“I’ve been coming to this deli for years — it’s been a staple in my life ever since my grandma first brought me here. They make the absolute best pork roll, egg, and cheese in the area, hands down. No one else even comes close.

Beyond the food, it’s the people that make this place special. The kindest souls work behind that counter, always treating you like family. And the owner — he’s one of those faces you never forget, the kind that just makes a place feel like home.
