Terrible experience -- will never go back. Took over fifteen minutes for the server to acknowledge us after we sat down. Took over a half hour from being seated to get our drinks. My steak and potatoes were both undercooked. Steak was of so-so quality, not worthy of the price. The au poivre sauce was thin and tasteless. Meal was returned back to me from the kitchen after my spouse had already finished. Server failed to follow up repeatedly. And don't bother to ask at booking if this is a special occasion, if you are not going to at least acknowledge it with a greeting. This was our fortieth wedding anniversary and a terrible letdown.

The AP Rooftop is a treasure! Such a lovely venue with incredible views. I have been there many many times and have never been disappointed. The friendly efficient servers are awesome. Yesterday for brunch I ordered the crispy poached eggs in a delectable prosciutto shell with hollandaise, a creative and attractive dish. We lingered for three hours enjoying the well dressed crowd and enjoyable background music. The AP Rooftop provides such a refreshing vibe and I find the prices reasonable. Best dining experience in Asbury.

Allison was one of the best servers I've ever had—attentive, welcoming, and spot-on with her recommendations. The décor is beautiful, and a window seat offers a calming sea view. The food was excellent: biscuits and gravy were outstanding, my husband's steak and poached eggs were perfect, my daughter loved the grape and labneh toast with salad, and the sweet potato pancakes were amazing. Between the service, setting, and food, this was a truly memorable dining experience. Highly recommended!
