Had a late lunch there last Sat. Because of the small fall festival in Convention Hall everything was packed solidwas packed solid up and down the boardwalk. There were a couple of small things missed on 2 dinners. Mine was perfect. After someone mentioned it to the waitress who was new but very fast and qualified, the Manager came out. Asking what she could do to make it right. The small glitch was handled with such professionalism and class we will soon be back. I wish I knew...
The view is unbelievable - I feel like I'm sitting at a bar in the Haven on a cruise ship. The staff is wonderful! Most especially, Ro - manager / Jessica - Bar Manager, and Matthew - the sweetest, incredibly attentive, and most wonderful bartender and manager's ever! Sometimes we'll just go there because we miss seeing them.
Stopped in for a beer during happy hour and the outside bar was not open until 4 pm unfortunately. It was a beautiful day outside so I just felt like I was just missing out on being outside. Of course they will let you bring your drinks outside if you wish.
Other than that the beer and service and bar was fantastic.
