Another disappointing trip to Asbury Park. Dogs are allowed in convention hall, and across the street at Wonder Bar for Yappy Hour, but not allowed to sit with us at the Oyster Bar. There were other dogs which the host claimed were all "service dogs" but unsure what proof they required. We would've ordered a dozen PEI oysters at $4.50 each, tuna bites, and some wine. With tax and tip that's roughly $100 that the Oyster Bar did not get from us all due to this no dog rule. Thanks AP. Your loss.

Wao, what a place!!!! Starting with Joey been phenomenal with him respecting a service animal and even bringing water to her. The food was incredible from the sampler, ahí tuna bites and grilled oysters not sure which one was the best. I asked him for some garlic butter which they don't have and he did the most amazing one I ever had. I recommended to him to put on the menu. I will definitely without a doubt come back. Keep up the great job Joel 👍

We came to have a good time, but unfortunately, it didn't work out. The service was terrible. The waitress completely forgot about us. Plates, napkins, and cutlery were not brought to us at all. The table and menu were sticky and dirty. The food was bad, and in small portions, the shrimps were only raw. The oysters were not tasty, and only the wings were good. We were not charged for the shrimp because they were taken to someone else's table. We will not return here again. Do not recommend 1⭐️ .

Shout out to management for being vigilant. To Victoria for supporting the bar by running out sides of ketchup to us while the bar was slammed. Dillon and Matt were super great. Wanna send them some special praise. Keep those 3 employees as long as possible.

Had a great time. Local oysters for the app and Lobster Roll for my wife and the Ahi Tuna Nachos for me. Great service and great food!!
We stopped in yesterday for apps and drinks and had an awful experience. We got wings, oysters, a beer, and a cocktail. We would've ordered more but after the apps we decided not to bother. The oysters weren't properly cleaned and all 8 were grainy. They were also room temp which was super gross. Our wings were drowned in sauce and to the point where it was excessive and miserable to eat. The server brought both drinks and both apps at different times so we couldn't eat or drink with each other. We had to get up and ask for napkins and plates. The server never checked in or asked if we needed anything, so refills were a no go. All in all, a waste of time and $90.

Outstanding place. Tuna nachos are incredible! Slight issue with our order, but you can tell a lot from a place on how they handle an issue (mistakes happen). They handled it and the food was phenomenal. Will be a staple of an Asbury Park trip.
