Looking for a place for a quick low key early dinner on Thanksgiving for two. Googled Brickwall and based on their website they are open. Great! Made a reservation on line for two at 1:45 through the link on their website, reservation accepted and confirmed via text. The text asks me to respond to confirm my reservation which I did. A follow up text states we're good to go. An hour or so later receive an email reminding me of my reservation and to please be on time and to call if running late. No problem. Show up at Brickwall a little before 1:45 with my dining companion and the place is closed. Not a soul in sight. We are furious. How the hell do you accept a reservation, send a confirmation text followed by an email reminder and be CLOSED?And yes, I did call and no one answered, so what was I supposed to do considering you confirmed my reservation multiple times. I did what most people would do and showed up. Really bad management. Really pathetic customer service. You don't deserve my business. Would it have been that difficult to indicate on your website that you were closed on Thanksgiving and/or leave a recording when a customer calls stating same? Are you really that clueless? Lucky for us Bar & Co was open 5 minutes away in Loch Arbor where we had a delicious meal in a much nicer atmosphere overlooking Deal Lake. Based on the incompetence and complete lack of consideration for their customers I experienced today its no wonder the Burlington location closed! Done with Brickwall and their affiliates (Porta, The Annex, etc).11/29/20 Response to Mgt:Thank you for the reply. Your offer is appreciated however I can not accept. My only goal was to make management aware that someone dropped the ball big time - that goal appears to have been accomplished. Stopped in for pre-dinner drinks and appetizers. All good and service was also good.

I thoroughly enjoyed this place. I had some time to kill and decided to pop in for a quick lunch. The staff was very attentive and the pierogies were perfect for a fall afternoon bite.

Excellent food. If it wasn’t for their outdoor seating service I would have never found them. I love this place and their servers. Always a good time when I come here with friends.

Don't let the standard " bar food " menu fool you. The dishes are prepared with top notch ingredients and attention to detail. If you think you want to pass on getting " just a burger," you might be making a mistake, they, alone, are worth the Jersey Shore traffic.. Clean and safe for Covid times.

The food lacked flavor. My salad had old lettuce in it. My daughter took one bite of her deviled eggs and she loves deviled eggs she said it had no flavor. Waiter was nice but they definitely need a new chef
