Off season trip after finding out there's an actual restaurant. We only get the truck in north Jersey. Lobster rolls are good. Lobster bisque kind of bland but at least there's lobster in it!

BEST lobster outside Maine & I've Summered in Maine since 1961. I only order the Connecticut roll, warm, dripping with large buttery pieces of claw & chopped tail on a traditional soft lobster roll. Delicious! Better flavor, fresher than lobster at the shore's best known seafood restaurants. And a few $ cheaper. I tried the mac & cheese w/ lobster once but frankly, lobster is way too delicate to drown in that sandwich, but it was a noble sandwich for fans. I stick to exactly 1 thing now: 5 stars for their CT lobster roll at Cousins truck, Brick, NJ.
Cousins is alwsys consistentl no matter where you get it. And what better place to eat it than on the boardwalk by the ocean.

How ever $20 for a grill cheese with 3 pieces of lobster in the whole sand which is wild !! Not to mention it was on regular white bread. I feel robbed paying $40 for two grill cheese ?Parking: Blah

Very Expensive for the quality!!I have to be honest this place it is not what I was expecting. I ordered a lobster roll and it had no flavor. Lobster was plain and nothing out of the ordinary - keep in mind that you will pay over $20 for this roll. If you order the combo, that will be close to $30 bucks. Nevertheless, I came here on a weekday and the service was not the best. The ambient was ok but I will not come here again. They need to do something to the menu to add more flavor.
