Really really delicious pasta dishes. Traditional style and homemade. The quatro formaggi was so good. Hostess was lovely and the owner/gm seriously wants everyone to have a great experience when you eat here. Been here on dates and with family. Not crazy expensive for just pasta. Check this place out.

Everything about Dolce Fantasia is amazing. Atmosphere, food, service are all so great. My girlfriend and I went here for the first time a few weeks ago and were blown away by the amazing food, service, and hospitality of the staff and owner. After we left, we immediately starting planning when we should come back next. The owner is always so gracious and kind, always making a point to come and speak to the customers, even giving us a complimentary crème brûlée! I highly recommend to anyone! My girlfriend and I’s new favorite place to go out!

My wife and I decided to try the restaurant for the first time this past Saturday, looking for something new and different. Staff was welcoming and all around pleasant. Our server Howard was excellent, knew the menu, and was very attentive. Had to try Appetizers (gnocchi in truffle sauce, and Burrata with mango)both worth it. I had braised lamb chop in risotto, my wife had scallops on a bed of neon blue (natural flower color, not dye) risotto. Both amazing. Deserts good, my wife thought the chocolate mousse was the best she has had. Can’t wait to go back again.

Everything about this restaurant is 5 star. They have the most amazing food and can't wait to go back. The appetizers are so unique and delicious. The Fiche Prosciutto & insalata Fantasia were delicious. All the entrees were cooked to perfection. The Branzino & salmon and cavatelli were so good. And the very best espresso coffee & gelato.. Definitely the feel of Italy. The servers were wonderful and friendly and it's BYOB.
We just came home from a wonderful dining experience. I'm still struggling to find the words to best describe the quality of the food and the friendly service. But when you get to meet the chef who then describes the process of making the fresh pasta, you know you have found a gem in your hometown.
Great Italian restaurant in Asbury Park. The Italian chef Gianni used to work for the Williams Renault Formula 1 team (thus the motorsport posters inside). I loved my branzino with tomato, olive, and capers sauce and gratin potatoes. Also perfect afternoon sun. A little piece of Italy right in Asbury Park.
Meh. One question: Why would you ruin my Hollindaise with honey mustard dressing? Yuck.

First time here and it was absolutely amazing. The service was outstanding and the food was even better. Some standouts were the truffle gnocchi and the lamb shank was so tender. The white chocolate mousse cake will change your life. Will definitely be back in the future.

Booked my daughters 24th birthday party there and from when I called and booked it to making sure the cake was taken care of n finally confirming morning of I have to say the manager is a doll. He was so upbeat n polite. My daughter and her 10 friends had an amazing time. The decor was something out of SOHO. The food was also something you would have to travel to get good Italian like that.(Mulberry ) I definitely would recommend this new spot in Asbury Park.
