Avoid this Dunkin. Bathroom is always out of order. Not sure where the staff goes if they don’t have a functioning bathroom. There’s a another nicer Dunkin’ just a bit ahead along with a gas station.

Manager at this location is wonderful. I made an error on my mobile order and he was understanding and accommodating to make the corrections due to my own error.

I specifically go a little bit out of my way to avoid the other two Dunkin locations on route 35 because this location knows how to brew their coffee. This Dunkin has the original iced coffee Dunkin flavor that I miss from so many other locations. Also they’ve never gotten my order wrong and it’s always ready When placed through the app.

Terrible terrible Dunkin'. Staff yells at you when they make your drink incorrectly. They add so much cream to the iced coffee you can't even taste it, always ask for little cream. They always ruin it. When I ask for a new one I get yelled at. So no go

I was the second car in line and sat there for over 20 minutes waiting in line at the drive thru. Even tried to call the store but no one would answer.Horrible experience.Hire more help if its to busy.

Employees don’t react , pouring old cold coffee

There was some serious drama happening today 3 pm. Took my order in drive thru but was kind of squirrelly about it. Had to repeat and clarify things several times. It was a very standard order. Pull up to find 3 employees in a very heated argument with very colorful language with a counter full of customers present as well. We were asked for our order details numerous times. Shown it on the screen confirming all large sized beverages. Still asked us what was in each. Ended up with a large and 2 mediums anyway. And only 1 was correct but had a completely wrong label, other 2 did not even have a label. Wrong drinks entirely. Meanwhile they were arguing and yelling at each other so loudly (I think some dispute about someone being on someone elseâ s register and the drawer being short) so uncomfortable and stressful I thought I was in the twilight zone. I couldnâ t even correct the order again because I was not getting dragged into this whole mess lol. I had to get out of there.
