It was FINE, not worth the money in my opinion. Their idea of omakase is throwing truffles on everything. Service was meh, didn’t get a refill on my water for example. If you want an authentic omakase experience in central NJ try Naoki in Lawrenceville.

If you want to teleport to Japan, then this is a place for you. What an amazing, beautiful intimate experience. You will never eat sushi the same way that you have at this place. The staff the chefs are just as amazing as the food that they put out.

Enjoyed an amazing experience dining at Hadaka this evening! Have always wanted to try omakase and we were not disappointed. We started with 12 courses and enjoyed everything so much, we ended up with 18! Every single piece was so fresh, beautifully presented and the chef explained each in detail. We were rewarded with a wonderful explosion of flavors in every bite. Everyone there was friendly, polite and attentive. Highly recommend visiting Hadaka for a unique dining adventure, good for a date night or special occasion. We will definitely be back!

Omg are you kidding meee?! Omakase here is amazing ! You would never think to find an omakase spot in Asbury Park but i am so happy my gf told me abt this spot! Ive been here twice so far and each time gets better than the last! Right now theyre having their summer special so definitely try to RSVP and take advantage of this awesome deal! Eddie is so cool and super approachable! He makes you feel welcomed and treats you like family! We had the pleasure of being served by Chef Stephen and Karmen (not sure if its with K or C, last time) and they were both great! And somehow, even the guests eating alongside us brings great vibes! We always talk abt the amazing pcs and have great convos. Restaurant is cozy and clean. ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Amazing omakase experience without going to Philly or NYC. Everything was delicious and creative. The chefs took to time to talk with us and explain the dishes. My only critique would be to slow things down a touch but we went at 4 pm on a Tuesday so only about half the seats were full so pacing may be perfect with a full house.

I had dinner here with a group of friends to celebrate a birthday. This restaurant is an incredible experience from beginning to end. Everyone was so friendly and fun. We did the 18 piece Omakase and were floored by every single piece. Not only was every course delicious, but it was presented beautifully. We were also delighted by the generosity of the staff.
