I’ve been going to Jimmy’s for years. I’ve never had a bad meal or service. I usually get the chicken parm or eggplant parm and they are always delicious. I decided to get the chicken piccata and it was incredibly good. The chicken was so juicy. Don’t skip dessert! Never a bad time there.

I recently went to Jimmy’s, after not having been there for many years, and EVERYTHING was INCREDIBLE!! It was actually even better than I remembered. The food was perfect and the sizes were impressive. The one thing that truly made my experience unforgettable was my waiter Noah. I cannot say enough good things about how attentive he was. He made sure that everything was perfect and I will surely ask for him next time I go back!!

It’s time for Diane to close and retire. The food is horrendous! Whoever gives them five stars has no idea about Italian food. I’m Italian from New York and then going to Jimmy’s since they opened the quality of food changed the way overpriced menu makes Manhattan prices look like a diner! The bait clams are so dry. They’re on edible the fish dishes chicken dishes are very, very dry once one of the best Italian restaurants around to eat is Now a dump! Vegetables are dry no taste I sauce is not desirable. Her clam sauce is terrible The Vail chop went from half to size and the price is ridiculous. It’s time for her to pack it in. The service is not like it used to be at all this place now can’t hold the candle to Brando‘s,Osteria Cucina.via Esposito and Anjelica’s After all the years of going there, the owner wouldn’t buy you a soda. She’s not grateful. She’s not a nice person and I’m sure the place is not gonna last too much longer. The place is a total rip off!!!

We have been going to Jimmy’s since it first opened & knew Jim & Diane when he was alive. It’s been off last few times we went but we still went back hopping it was an ‘off’ night in kitchen. Last night we r went again, everything was awful, the artichoke was skimpy & dry, we sent it back they poured dry bread crumbs around top & brought it out again. The pizza tasted terrible & it looked like it was sitting out for hrs. I’m not even mentioning the rest of the meal. Why I’m writing this review is bc I called today to speak to Diane the owner to let her kno what happened, thinking she would care (since she wasn’t there last night). Her abrupt reply to my kind toned voice telling her abt our experience was, “If you didnt like food, do me a favor & never come back again!” I said, “ok” & she hung up without another word. Sadly, I’m writing review bc that is just awful, if as an owner of restaurant you reached a point you can’t even listen ti feedback in yr place (negative or otherwise) you should hang up ur apron & retire & sell. I am not alone in these comments. I have several friends who use to frequent Jimmy’s & stopped bc the food is really not worth the high end prices or aggravation & dis’s appointment of a evening out to dinner. No alcohol, no desert & the bill was $155. for 2 people, NEVER EVER GOING BACK! 👎👎👎

Crazy prices, great food...not the best due to the crazy prices, but quite good.
I got chicken parm, which along with the bread was spot on. The penne was mediocre
It's also LOUD and DARK inside when there are lots of people which is not my thing.
Loved the old school vibe and music and server was attentive.

This place is amazing. Old school. Authentic doesn’t begin to describe it. Phenomenal food (I come from a big Italian family, 90% are master Italian chefs). Great Cannot recommend more highly ???
