The quesabirria tacos were bland and lacked flavor. The mini pancakes were really delicious, though. The street corn was watery and tasted mostly like mayonnaise. Service was excellent but food was disappointing.

I randomly stumbled into this place last night, and I was honestly really impressed! The Quesabirria were delicious! The tortillas were crispy, the beef was tender and flavorful, and the cheese added a nice richness. The flavors of the onions, cilantro, and lime tied it all together, making for a wonderful eating experience! And let's not forget about the dipping broth, which was packed with flavor! Dipping the tacos in the broth followed by the hot sauce was amazing!
The service was also great. The lady at the counter was really friendly and helped me feel at home. I would highly recommend this place for some really great birria! I hope I get a chance to come back :)
